According to eyewitnesses at the Toll Gate, the military went with the bodies of those they killed, but this claim has continued to rake up serious controversies for days now.
The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu had first claimed that there was no death recorded at the scene, but he later said that only two people died that night. A few days ago, the Nigerian Army denied shooting at the protesters, and claimed that they were only at Lekki Toll Gate to ensure peace at the scene on the orders of the Lagos State Governor.
The pressure from several notable Nigerians and the international community on the federal government to expose the truth behind the massacre at Lekki Toll Gate that night, had made the federal government order state governments to set up judicial panels to look into the cases of police brutality reported by members of the public. And a judicial panel of enquiry was also set up to investigate the massacre that was reported at Lekki Toll Gate that night.
Today, the Lagos Judicial Panel embarked on a visit to the Toll Gate, and there they found something shocking. In a video which was made known to the public by the panel led by Dorris Okuwobi, several bullets were discovered around the scene of the attack.

According to Sahara Reporters, the investigation was done by the judicial panel in the presence of members of the public and journalists to make everything look transparent. The bullets will serve as huge evidence for the panel in their ongoing investigation.
When the videos were made known to the public, it attracted a plethora of reactions from members of the public. That’s because there had been previous denials from both the Nigerian Army and the Lagos State Government about the massacre. Out of those reactions was a funny question from Aisha Yesufu who asked how Fashola missed this.

Recall that a few days ago, former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, attracted the anger of millions of Nigerians when he visited the Lekki Toll Gate and allegedly discovered a hidden camera at the scene of the attack.
Even though the content of the camera has not been made known to members of the public up till now, Nigerians made a mockery of the shocking discovery and began referring to him with many ridiculous tags.
As expected, when Aisha Yesufu asked the ironic question, dozens of Nigerians took to the comment section to reply her, and below are some of the reactions she got.
As we already know, the alleged discovery of the hidden camera by Fashola at the scene of the attack a few days ago did not go down well for Nigerians, as many said that the whole thing was stage-managed.
What do you think about this question that Aisha asked, and the discovery of the hidden camera by Fashola a few days ago? Do you think he combed the scene of the attack very well, or he just did not see those bullets?
