According to White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, the President will not attend the President-elect’s inauguration.

In an interview with CNN, the McEnany cast doubts on Biden’s famous win over Trump.

The statement from White House comes just days after the country’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo declared that there will be a smooth transition to the next Trump administration.

President Donald Trump to attend his own inauguration

The Democrats have on the other hand insisted that the former Vice President won the election fair and square even as they continue to dismiss Trump’s rigging allegations.

Earlier, the President had hinted that he would move to the Supreme Court to challenge the outcome of the election which he insists was fraudulent.

With the new development, it remains to be seen how power will change hands in the world’s most powerful country come next year.

If Trump inaugurates himself for a second term, what will follow? Well, time will tell. But from the look of things, the USA could be headed for ugly scenes in her over 200-year history.
